Wool on Sundays – 63 (Happy Easter!)

A very Happy Easter and Welcome to an almost wordless Wool on Sundays!

This week I made a chick, using an easy, fun pattern from Myrtle and Eunice and three cupcakes using a tutorial from mojimojidesigns I think the little chick’s eyes are bigger than his tummy…
I remembered I had a cupcake stand somewhere under the stairs but, when I dug it out, I found I was twenty cakes short. Luckily, the Easter people agreed to step in help the display.

I also finished my granny square cushion from last week, which you might have noticed on the chair in my last post.

If you have any yarny posts, I’d love you to link up with WOOL ON SUNDAYS. The rules as usual are: 1). Posts must include some content – makes or musings or photos – related to knitting, crochet, felting, spinning or yarn. 2). Projects sewn from felt or wool fabric or stitchery using wool are also welcome but please don’t link posts that are exclusively about sewing, quilting and fabrics. 3). Posts don’t have to be from the past week but please put a link to WOOL ON SUNDAYS or grab the button from my sidebar and include it in or at the bottom of any posts you link up. 4). Visit anyone else who links. Wishing you a Happy Easter and a happy week :)

Fun, fun, FUN!! I love this post!! Those cupcakes are very cute. Mmmm….I though you said you were a beginner crocheter???? Me thinks you tell tell 'porky pies'! ;) I love the photo of Poppy and your feline friends. Poppy rather looks as if she would dearly love to join them….I am supposing those puddy cats rule the comfy spots in your home, Janine! Your granny square cushion is lovely.
