Welcome to wool on Sundays! I hope everyone has had a good week and been enjoying all the sunshine – or the Autumn/Winter if you are in Australia :)
We’ve had a very busy two weeks and, having been away from blogland, I could almost imagine not blogging again but now I have returned I expect I’ll soon get back in the swing of it.
I have, however, been managing to get some crochet done and the portable project I showed in my last Wool on Sundays post is not so portable anymore. I have crocheted in the car and in the hotel and whilst dinner is cooking and whilst the kettle is boiling and during my morning cups of tea and late, late into the nights…
I’m aiming for two rows a day and so far I’m ahead (mainly because of all the travelling) but I’m crocheting in every spare moment like a person possessed because at the moment I’m enjoying seeing it grow but it’s SO big that I’m afraid that if I stop I’ll get bored of it and not want to start again and I already have one blanket in progress languishing in a basket…
If you have any wool or yarn themed posts this week, I’d love you to link up. The rules, as usual, are: 1). Posts must include some content – makes or musings or photos – related to knitting, crochet, felting, spinning or yarn. 2). Projects sewn from felt or wool fabric or stitchery using wool are also welcome but please don’t link posts that are exclusively about sewing, quilting and fabrics. 3). Posts don’t have to be from the past week but please put a link to WOOL ON SUNDAYS or grab the button from my sidebar and include it in or at the bottom of any posts you link up. 4). MOST IMPORTANT visit anyone else who links.
