Welcome to Wool on Sundays 41!
Apologies to everyone who has left comments and not received a reply from me during the past week. I will be replying and blog visiting later this evening, so long as you are not a noreplyblogger. If you leave a comment, I always reply if I can (usually within a day or two). If you don’t receive a reply from me, you are probably a noreply blogger, which means that no one can contact you and you may be missing out on winning giveaways etc. I’d especially like to mention this to Marny, in case you see this post, I’m very appreciative of the kind comments you have left but I have no way of emailing a reply to you. This link will help, if you are a noreplyblogger and don’t want to be!
And now for the ‘be amazed!’ promised by my post title. I’m afraid I have done nothing yarn related this week but I did come across a fantastic post: KNITFreedom – Liat’s Limitless Cast-On for Two-at-a-Time ANYTHING! I love the fact that you can knit socks this way using a large circular needle because I think it will save so much time. I shall certainly be trying this with the red and white socks once I get past the heel.
If you have done, or come across something yarn or wool related, amazing or otherwise, this week, I’d love you to link up with WOOL ON SUNDAYS. The rules as usual are:
1). Posts must include some content – makes or musings or photos – related to knitting, crochet, felting, spinning or yarn.
2). Projects sewn from felt or wool fabric or stitchery using wool are also welcome but please don’t link posts that are exclusively about sewing, quilting and fabrics.
3). Posts don’t have to be from the past week but please put a link to WOOL ON SUNDAYS or grab the button from my sidebar and include it in or at the bottom of any posts you link up.
4). Visit anyone else who links.
Wishing you a happy week :)

I am sure I saw a method for knitting socks, two at a time, one inside the other, somewhere… Amazing what folk come up with!

This looks fast and easy and will make knitting socks a lot quicker I'll have to have to have a try!

I still need to learn to knit! So many peeps in my blog roll are knitting up a storm at the moment I really rather feel the need to down my crochet hook and give it a whirl! Any tips for a beginner-againer?
