My blog has been so bereft of posts this year that I’ve mostly had nothing to furtle but, this month, I’m happy to be able to link up with Helen for Mini Archie’s August Furtle Around The Blogosphere

Per ardua ad astra…(through adversity to the stars)
For the Endeavourers quarterly challenge, I made one art quilt with a boy, a sausage dog, a balloon and a plane, which was a gift for my grandson and also in memory of my father…
I shared two birthday cakes (one made at the end of July and one during August)…
…And I finished a jumper.
I’ve had some unexpected time off from childcare during the past month and I have mainly done a very great deal of gardening but I have also started another jumper and I have been experimenting with fusing silk circles so maybe I’ll have something to blog about next month as well!

Happy September:)

(If you subscribe to my blog by email, firstly, thank you :) Secondly, I really recommend you view the web version because otherwise you end up with a random scramble of photos and I don’t know how to stop that happening).
