Welcome to another Wool on Sundays!

I didn’t expect to back again so soon but I have a wool finish and it’s Sunday.

I somehow managed to finish the jumper for my new Grandson already. I made my my first granddaughter a cardigan with this yarn around this time last year (blogged here) so it seems to be my Autumn go-to. I still have three balls left so perhaps it will back this time next year…Brown is my least favourite colour and, ironically, I only bought it to get an order up to the price for free postage but it is long out-lasting the colours I chose more purposefully.

Meanwhile, outside, Autumn has rolled in a notch.

And I’m feeling we are firmly into knitting weather now. With two stockings on the to-do list, I can almost hear the great wheels of Christmas racing towards us but, first, I have an Endeavourers quilt to make and perhaps a pumpkin to carve for a coven of very little witches :)

That’s lovely! (Will one more jumper/cardi see the end of the brown?!) Hooray for finishes *waves pompoms*

I’d love to be able to knit like that – the sweater is so cute (those blue buttons are such a great idea!). The most I can manage is a simple scarf in a garter knit (or whatever it’s called).
