Hello!
Everyday around here is like groundhog day but today I have someone to show who has given me a little respite from never ending garden work.
The process, I confess, was not pretty but, at 3 1/2″, this is the smallest doll I’ve ever made and I found the pipe-cleaner base a great aid to making a posable figure at this scale.
She will be back on May Day and, then, I will tell you her name.
In the meantime she is sleeping in the clematis…
…and, you, I hope, are keeping safe and well :)
Janine @ Rainbow Hare
(If you subscribe to my blog by email, firstly, thankyou :) Secondly, I really recommend you view the web version because otherwise you end up with a random scramble of photos and I don’t know how to stop that happening).
Maureen
Well, isn’t she just a little sweetie! Looking forward to a formal introduction.

Hi Janine, what a sweet doll. Those pipe cleaners are a great base. Is she your garden fairy? Looking forward to meeting her officially on May Day. Take care,
