Welcome to Wool on Sundays again – I feel as if Sundays are coming round more quickly every week!
This week the world is very much bluer than we’ve seen it in a long, long time. A couple of days of torrential rain excepted, we’ve had wonderful blue skies and the woods are a carpet of wood anenomes and bluebells. I began to crochet a blue flower to give me something to do at a hospital appointment (I was expecting a long wait!) but then it was cancelled and I didn’t get very far. I thought it might make a nice hand towel but I think it will be too holey so perhaps it can turn into a cushion.
Have you been working on any yarn projects this week?

Omgosh, I do the same thing. When Terry was in the hospital for 3 days I grabbed yarn and stitched away. When we came home, I thought “what the heck am I going to do with THIS” and pulled it apart. Love that blue!

The blue crocheted flower matches the woodland flowers so well. It would make a beautiful cushion cover Janine!

I hope the hospital visit was not for anything serious and all is well. Your blue flower is gorgeous, Janine and I LOVE the photo of the woods. What a coincidence! I have been thinking about the colour blue lately myself :)
