Wool on Sundays – 83 (Christmas?)

Welcome to Wool on Sundays 83 and thank you to everyone who visited last week :)

I seem to in danger of starting a million Winter/Christmas yarn projects and never finishing any so this week I have tried to complete a couple of projects (and started some others that I’ll show when there is more of them to show!)
My favourite is turning these garter stitch balls…
…into a garland for christmas, for a nursery, just for fun…what do you think?

And I also made yet another attempt at dolls dressed to look like christmas trees – perhaps some ideas are better just left as ideas…

Are you embracing a season of Christmas makes or just enjoying the last of Summer/ beginning of Spring?

If you have any yarn makes, festive or otherwise, I’d love you to link up. The rules as usual are: 1). Posts must include some content – makes or musings or photos – related to knitting, crochet, felting, spinning or yarn. 2). Projects sewn from felt or wool fabric or stitchery using wool are also welcome but please don’t link posts that are exclusively about sewing, quilting and fabrics. 3). Posts don’t have to be from the past week but please put a link to WOOL ON SUNDAYS or grab the button from my sidebar and include it in or at the bottom of any posts you link up. 4). Visit anyone else who links. Wishing you a happy week :)

So, so jealous of that fire surround and mantlepiece of yours!! Your mantlescape with all those jolly personalities is perfect. Love your ball garland, what a fresh and fun idea! Don't you like your Christmas tree dolls?? I do……they are so much fun!!
