Wool on Sundays – 82 (Yellow September)

Welcome to another Wool on Sundays :) I really have never known such a yellow September – long may it continue!
This sunflower is over three metres tall. It was self seeded and grew by itself and it’s the tallest we’ve ever had.

Her sisters, which I planted, seem dwarfed at a mere six or seven feet but they all make me smile :)

And, elsewhere in the garden, the yellowness continues…

Inside the Makery, there hasn’t been nearly so much to see this week – many plans have been made but I’ve nothing to show for them except a few dolls in progress…

Perhaps by next week I’ll have a more woolly post to share.

Have you been working with wool or yarn lately? If so, please link up. The rules as usual are: 1). Posts must include some content – makes or musings or photos – related to knitting, crochet, felting, spinning or yarn. 2). Projects sewn from felt or wool fabric or stitchery using wool are also welcome but please don’t link posts that are exclusively about sewing, quilting and fabrics. 3). Posts don’t have to be from the past week but please put a link to WOOL ON SUNDAYS or grab the button from my sidebar and include it in or at the bottom of any posts you link up. 4). Visit anyone else who links. Wishing you a happy week :)

Indeed, inside that Makery of yours great things are afoot! Your dolls are adorable. May I hope there is a wonderful tale being hatched in that clever imagination of yours?? Gorgeous Sunflowers. What a sunshiney place your garden is!
